We were delighted to announce the return of Roker Park Lights today! From October 12th until the 3rd of November, Roker Park will be transformed into ‘A Wonderland Experience’ featuring atmospheric lighting alongside Alice in Wonderland themed sculptures.

The park will be lit from 5pm each day and remain open until 9pm with family activities taking place at the weekend. The really great thing for the 2013 Roker Park Lights is that some of the sculptures are also visible during daylight so there will be twice as much fun to be had.

The Sunderland Live team have been working with Aurora Street Lighting on installation and maintenance of Roker Park Lights. Last year’s event proved a massive success and we are really looking forward to the return of the Lights.
