Get in the mood for Christmas with these festive fun runs in Mowbray Park

Sunderland Live are preparing to put hundreds of Santas through their paces by launching their first ever round of Santa Runs. Children taking part will be decked out in suitably festive fashion and the grown-ups will be provided with a Santa suit and beard to wear (and keep!) as they all run, jog or walk a 1.5 mile course which will include challenges and treats along the way.

Family Santa Run – 10.30am

Adults £10

Children £5 (under 16)

Start your preparations for Christmas Eve with this exciting Family Santa Run. Each family team must include minimum 1 adult and 1 child.

Price includes festive costume and treats

Chocolate Santa Run – 12.30pm

Adults £10 – over 16’s only

Indulge yourself in chocolate heaven, with chocolate challenges throught the run!

Price includes special treats and festive costume.
