The North East Contact Centre Awards recognise and reward achievements of those frontline staff that have made North East contact centres the best in the world.

Now in their 11th year, the awards are a fantastic opportunity to recognise the achievements of teammates, benchmark against other centres and raise the profile of the contact centre.
